July Roundup

Currently listening to: Game of Thrones, season 6 soundtrack (because I’m obsessed it’s back!)

Hey everyone!

Just as a heads up, I’ve taken some time off from blogging in the month of July and will probably do the same in August just because they are so busy!

In other news, I’ve decided to expand this blog not just to my Instagram account but also to a Twitter account. While Twitter will be specific to my blog, you will notice there will be other things I follow — such as the love I have for football and some of my favorite tv shows (looking at you PBS Masterpiece, Outlander and Game of Thrones).

Adventures planned:

  • Chicago!!!! I can’t wait, I’ve never been so I can’t wait to tell you all about it in September

Books read in July:

Of these, the books I would not read again are The Notebook and Hunted. You can read my reasons in the review section. They just weren’t good enough for me to recommend. I loved the rest, and will either re-read them or get their following books in each series.

What books did you guys read this month? Have one I should add to my list?

I read The Notebook as well not that long ago. I did enjoy it though, but was looking forward more to the movie because, well.. Ryan Gosling, haha!

Also read A Court of Mist and Fury *flaps hands around* and I so need to read the sequel to that but I haven’t found the time yet! I need myself some more Rhysand.
I’ve been wanting to read Hunted, but haven’t bought it yet. I’ll have to check some more reviews on it to make up my mind on actually keeping it on my TBR or throwing it in the bin, I guess. [I’ve seen it in the bookstore a couple of times, but always end up buying other books, so maybe it’s a sign, haha.]
