October (2018) Roundup

October came and went too fast, it didn’t even feel like we had Fall, partly because of all the rain. It was a real bummer when it’s your favorite month/season. Not only that, but work has been really crazy for us and I’ve been in a funk, so this just wasn’t the right month for me.

What’s new in life:

Honestly, not much happened in October, or at least not something that I feel like I need to write here. Everything went by so fast and I spent probably 75% of my life in October at work. The blog got a new site name if you didn’t notice, its now theperfecthoneybee.com.

Current obsessions:

No new obsessions, we finished Hawaii Five-O which means we are finally caught up on it live yaaaasssss. Oh and did you know Poldark started back up on PBS yes Ross yes. November include Outlander, how can you not be excited about that?

The Adventures

We had a lovely day trip in Woodstock, you can read more on the blog about that.

A Haunted Tour of the NYS Capitol building happened too! I’ve been looking forward to that for awhile, it was exciting to finally go and see it! The building itself is gorgeous and I totally recommend you checking it out.

Looking for a mountain with gorgeous views that doesn’t require you to hike it? Then check out Prospect Mountain, we took some friends there in October and it was the perfect trip to see the Adirondacks that didn’t require a lot of time or effort.
